Current Intern, less than 1 year
Pros
There is a diversity of departments to chose from and you do not have to stick to 1 department so you never become bored. All of the staff I accept met are extremely friendly and helpful and willing to go the actress step to write you a letter of recommendation, for case. I beloved that there is an urgent intendance clinic for patients who practise not have appointments.
Cons
Honestly the only complaint that I accept is that the parking lot is very narrow and usually full if y'all come before five PM. Sometimes the urgent intendance clinic has a long wait, particularly during influenza flavor but this is expected everywhere.

Onetime Employee, more than 1 year
Pros
They have auto deposit of my paycheck.
Cons
HR doesn't know what it's doing. Administration doesn't know what it'south doing. Facilities doesn't know what information technology's doing. Just two% match on retirement. Bones needs are not in that location such as meetings, communication, office chairs, too many bugs in the kitchen, sink in the kitchen is gross, bathrooms are gross, no wellness plan, no response from Hr regarding legitimate complaints, high plough over by doctors and providers, located in dangerous neighborhood, at that place are loose dogs walking around on campus in packs every mean solar day, homeless people sleeping on the grass in front of the clinics, no strategic programme, executives don't have college degrees, and well-nigh of all, no acknowledgement of hard piece of work or successes, no career path and no professionalism, no goals. pay scale is the worst I've ever had. no team building activities since they don't value their employees.

Aureate Valley Health Centers serves the under served population that is why clinics are located in "unsafe neighborhoods". All of our executive squad accept MBAs and upper direction has a minimum of at to the lowest degree a Bachelors caste. If HR and Assistants doesn't know what they are doing how do y'all business relationship for the phenomonal growth over the final iii Years?

Current Employee, more 8 years
Pros
I love my bacon and my down line of staff. I love most providers minus the CMO. I had a awesome relationship with previous leaders.
Cons
I dislike some of my coworkers in leadership who are distrustful. In the last year leadership has inverse drastically. Bully people here today - gone tomorrow. You can't trust people. You tin can have a serious illness or condition like pregnancy and they try to find reasons to write y'all up. Oh some people are in executive positions with a loftier schoolhouse degree I think that's a sign of poor leadership.
